Our bible theme of the week is The Helmet of Salvation. We will explore what it means to put on the Helmet of Salvation so that we are prepared with this core value in life.

Today, we will explore fundamentals of drawing and coloring. Using shapes and drawing techniques, we can become better at creating the images we want to create.

It's so much fun to create our own art projects. And TieDye is a great way to explore mixing color. We will work on a tyedie project that we can bring home with us.

Painting can be done in so many ways. Finger paint, water colors, and acrylic are all painting categories we can explore. Kids get to use their own creativity to imagine and put onto paper any ideas they have.

Nothing is quite like the human body for a canvas. Today, we will learn how to paint on faces and have face painters available to decorate our kids!

We will end our week by allowing our kids to participate in the medium of their choice. We will work with them as they create their masterpiece culminating our week.
